I seriously had like ten of them I was saving and someone logged in and took all of them. They ordered them as carry out in Georgia.

ive contacted them and basically demanded they fix it.

Dominoes knew you were getting too powerful, so they accidentally let someone else claim your pizzas.

I basically told them that I made an order on Monday and someone used my account across the country two days later. It obviously wasnt me. I earned the free pizzas by PAYING money, so theyd fucking better restore them.

their customer complaint pages first tab was about online points and prize redeeming, so I assume this is a common thing. If its that common, theyll probably restore them. You dont earn ten free pizzas by not spending money

Probably has the same restrictions as gift cards - as in, no cash surrender value and if you somehow fuck up and lose it it's gone no refunds no anything.
I know you didnt lose it but it probably falls in that category.

I will say Domino's from my experiences has excellent customer service if you ever deal with someone at a head office so you might be okay in the end

for one thing, I dont drink. For another thing, its all listed in my order history. It says the exact time and date they were used. Thats how I know it was in Georgia. Whoever redeemed them did caryout and it was free, so theres no paper trail as to who did it.

i honestly dont know because my password isnt exactly anything like password or pizza. I changed my password to be safe and I also double checked my credit card to be sure that no one used that for anything.

some people are just fucking pathetic. Too lazy and cheap to get a fucking job and buy their own stuff.

You know the funny thing? I was gonna use them at work to share with my coworkers because a lot of them are hurting for money right now. It was probably some thirty year old NEET living in his parents basement.

theyre either super expensive or some fancy artisan crap. Besides, businesses close in my town because they cant keep their lease. A Burger King actually closed in my town because they couldnt pay the lease, and thats a big corporate business. it seems like every week some small business closes

I did. I tried to be polite, but very firm and insistent that I be reimbursed.

They have access to see my account and verify the times and dates of the purchases. It would take probably two days to drive from where I live to Georgia, so I technically could have driven there and redeemed them, but why would I do that, all for the sake of some free pizza?

I sent the email in the evening, so I dont expect to hear back until tomorrow, at the earliest. Basically, if I bought enough pizzas to earn ten free mediums, then they will probably understand that Im not trying to scam them. Its reassuring to find out that Im not the first person, because they might just fix the issue without any bs.
