Unlikely but possible.
They need a 2/3's majority, which means something like 18 or 19 Republicans need to vote in favor of it. Considering the House passed it straight down party lines, it almost certainly will do the same in the Senate (fail to remove along party lines).

The big question is, how will this affect Trump's support? Clinton saw increased support after his, but who's to say in this situation?
