| Topic | Tales of vesperia is amazing so far. |
| Number090684 12/20/19 11:54:53 PM #11: | I'm glad you're enjoying Vesperia Definitive Edition TC because even though it is a little dated, it still is a truly great game, and especially was for it's time. It still holds up as one of the best Tales games because of it's diverse and cool main cast with their colorful interactions, deep almost free form battle system and the overall amount of content it offers. Some slow story pacing due to exposition, some of it's minor antagonists and villains not being that interesting overall, the rather abrupt ending, some characters being much more difficult to use efficiently in battle than Yuri, and a few generic regular battle themes Sakuraba phoned in(Some of the later boss ones make up for it though), keep it from being perfect, but it's still kind of close to it and is the closest a 3D Tales game has gotten overall. Probably with Symphonia following closely behind. I really wish they would make a proper sequel for it.
