I am surely not as well versed as you, but I know my doctor has spent hours on paperwork before to make sure things can be covered. They rely on higher reimbursements but to get those reimbursements often take a lot of manpower. I think these are things that need to be addressed, but I don't think the answer is 'not M4A.' I think voices like yours can be important in making sure the final bill makes sense. But like someone said before it seems less to be a problem with M4A and more of a problem with M4A poorly implemented. Let's implement it well.
