| Muscles 12/29/19 3:07:45 AM #15: | I feel like it would have to be a case by case basis otherwise there might be too many incidents that technically are that, but not really Like if someone was to try to run then turned to avoid the cop after he jumped in front of the car and the driver clearly wasn't going to hit the cop. They should probably not shoot the guy in that instance, and I'm sure there are others too where it feels more like the cop just wanted to shoot somebody instead of actually feeling threatened.
