The issue I have is that it's like this 90% of the time when the cops respond to a crime, they scream, they shoot, they rough people up, why don't they just try talking to people like normal human beings instead of letting fear and adrenaline reduce them into animals with lethal weapons? You have a window of seconds to resolve a situation with an armed assailant. It's not cowardice, it's practicality.
