Daigo has always had talent, obviously, but his real edge was that he always went in hardcore with practice and experimentation. Nowadays, that's a more common thing with fighting game fans. Hell, I spent 3 hours just making sure I could get Abel's links right in SF4. That might sound crazy to casuals, but that's just what you fuckin' do to win online beyond trash ranks.
