How have I managed to miss this series? I don't know honestly. When I think about it, I don't recall any of my friends ever talking about these games. I feel like it was just a coincidental thing where nobody in my friend group ever got exposed to the series. I know it's like, the biggest thing, in Japan and obviously popular in the U.S. too. Like, there's some RPG series I like where I haven't played all of them, but it's kind of wild to me to think about how there's an entire series that is so massively popular as this one and I haven't even touched it.
