There's a lot of nonverbal things one does when attempting something Charismatic. Do you get within their bubble? Do you match their body language? Bat your eyes sweetly? You can describe your character doing things. Bonus points if it's something involving your other skills or stats, like doing a backflip or lifting something heavy and flexing and smiling, helping them with a philosophical quandary and not being smug about it, etc.
