This game reuses Ruby and Sapphire's TM list for compatibility purposes, so they stuck a bunch of NPCs around that teach moves that were TMs in Gen 1. You can buy all of the stones except Moon and Sun stones at Celadon Department Store. For some reason this is the last time a shop sells them all at once until Gen 6. I used to buy stones here and transfer them up to Gen 4 because it was way more convenient. --- ""Love" is making a shot to the knees of a target 120 kilometers away using an Aratech sniper rifle with a tri-light scope."
