To quote myself already today: it would have been a decent low budget action flick...but it was a high budget action flick that didn't look good next to something like John Wick (despite the same team involved). The movie looked cheap, ugly, and based off a series that's never really been popular. Then in the aftermath the best people can come up with is "it's fun" without a lot to say why so second week sales don't improve. Taking the "bash the toxic fans" path didn't help before the movie and at this point (after more than a few failures) if you think further shaming will get more men into the seats, you're out of touch with reality. Hell, I have to ask, has that ever worked to turn a failure around?$82 is a pretty low budget for a superhero movie. Hell, Suicide Squad cost twice that much.
