Bloomberg got rhetorically destroyed by Warren in the Nevada debate, and went on to capture more votes than her on Super Tuesday anyway. I think people overestimate how important it is to win a debate. What I've learned is, the true strategy (as is best in general in life) is: sandbagging The narrative wasn't how bad Trump did in the debates. It was how he did marginally less awful than the extremely low bar he and the media had set for himself. It's not about winning.
