| Zero_Destroyer 03/08/20 3:37:00 PM #18: | Biden stuttered and misspoke a lot. I genuinely believe he has an impediment. But you can see he keeps track of things in '08 or '12. He'll misspeak and misname but immediately smile and correct himself and continue like the gaffe didn't happen, and do it with enough confidence that nobody really cares/notices. It's so much worse now. He has difficulty correcting himself and it often turns into him standing there attempting to course correct his sentence for like 10 seconds. --- Enjoy movies and television?
