Well, for starters, I'd pick "neither", because I'm adamantly against the institution of marriage and wouldn't commit to it under even the most optimal of circumstances. But as a purely hypothetical choice between the two in general:

Glove girl is far more hygienic, because she's actually changing her gloves, not just wearing one pair exclusively until they're gross and disgusting. So that alone tends to give her the nod. Though she gets even more points in her favor because the sort of people who usually go barefoot (at least in technological Western culture) are hippies, and hippies are always unacceptable.

The only real game-changer comes down to why she's wearing the gloves. If it's just a weird fetish/psychological thing/odd fashion choice, that's fine. But if it's because she has disfigured alien hands or something, I'd probably wind up just passing on both of them. Because I'm not so hard up for female contact that I'm willing to settle for one of only two freakish consolation prizes.
