Topic	A couple hours into half life Alyx.

A good portion of people can't just jump into a heavy motion game like a first person shooter, but it gets easier over time. Just recognize when you feel like you're getting sick and stop, and continue playing when you start feeling better. Also use an FPS monitor to make sure you're hitting a constant 90fps, because if you drop lower, that could cause motion sickness. Eating ginger or taking ginger root supplements helps a lot!
