I can only call out my own side, but then, I've been doing that for years. We haven't got climate change initiatives because we refuse to put things thinking economically. We endlessly fight on abortion because we'd rather fight for the undo button than admit dumb decisions create the problem. We'd rather ridicule anti-vaxers that admit they're afraid and address those fears.Right to today where we're so concerned about fighting "the billionaires" we don't care if local shops or whole industries close and we come out of this with years of unemployment as a result. So busy on one problem we lose sight of problems we create in the process. Either that or I'm right and many want just that: a big economic excuse to stay home and watch netflix forever. --- ...
