Why though?

Unfortunate reality, percentage wise, it likely has to do with lower income households comprising of a) poor access to health care and b) the inability to stay at home for financial reasons (assuming they're working at an essential job) which just goes back to the work and financial structure of this country. Most of "non big city" deaths seem to be coming out of the South, which does typically have fairly large African American communities, especially in the smaller towns. So basically, everything African American people were saying while others chanted "All Lives Matter!" is now showing itself to the world, right in its face (No, I'm not saying that's the only or even majority reason but you're playing yourself if you deny its not contributing)
