Then I told them it was made with ritz crackers and we had a good laugh about it. So yeah, just the load of sugar and texture is enough to invoke that apple pie taste as mentioned in the quote in the OP. They're used to getting testing from me for various baked goods I make, but only if they're honest. So good on them for noticing the crust sucked. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
