Topic | Because Super Metroid, many people did not allow themselves to enjoy Fusion |
Pseudomenon 04/10/20 9:11:39 AM #6: | I love them both for different reasons. I was 8 when I first played Super Metroid and I found it to be overwhelming but not too difficult. I played that game daily for months before I finished it and was never bored. The exploration, secrets, and tricks made it pretty incredible. I found out about the infinite bomb jump on my own and remember wondering if I was the only person who knew about it. There's a lot about it that blew my kid mind to pieces and I still enjoy it. Fusion, while more limited in exploration, offered thrills, frustration, and a far more enthralling story. I was 14 when I first played it and burned through it pretty fast, if you don't count a couple of rage quits during which I didn't pick up the GBA SP for a couple of weeks. It was, for me, a totally unique gaming experience that still sticks with me all this later. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
