| Topic | I ordered a second 4K monitor from Amazon and I am highly confused right now. |
| CableZL 04/18/20 4:26:08 PM #1: | 1) Placed order on Thursday. Expected delivery was Saturday. 2) Got a message Friday morning saying it was out for delivery and should be delivered by 2PM. Great. 3) 2PM, package was not delivered. It is now expected by 9PM. Still great. 4) 9PM, package was not delivered. Package was "damaged in transit," considered undeliverable, and is now being returned to the seller. Refund will be issued. OK. 5) Got a message this morning that it's out for delivery. ??? I checked online and it still says it's undeliverable. 6) I called Amazon and they requested a refund. OK. 7) 4K monitor shows up at my door a few minutes ago 8) Just got a message saying they refunded the purchase. What happened here --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
