Ezekiel describes the cherubim as having four faces, the first was the face of an angel, the second was the face of a man, the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle. Their entire bodies, including their backs, hands, and wings, were full of eyes all around. They had four wings with what looked like human hands under their wings. Their legs were straight, and the soles of their feet were like the hooves of a calf, gleaming like polished bronze.

Some serious Lovecraftian shit there.
