| Kombucha 04/28/20 9:52:33 PM #1: | This might not be helpful to everyone but if you work from home and set your schedule, I've found this is way more pleasurable than just paying attention to the clock or setting alarms. Apple Music lists the total playtime of any single album and I'm pretty sure Spotify does the same. I've basically been setting myself up with 2-4 albums for each two hour block to keep track of time and it's so much more pleasurable when compared to just waiting for an alarm. When the music is done I'll take a short break/get up before going back to work. I can't really 100% logically explain why it's any better but it definitely does pull my mind away from paying attention to the clock which tends to make things drag for me.
