Honestly correct me if I'm wrong there. But I was under the impression that banning people from a site was definitely not in illegal territory. It depends on how it was gone about, legally speaking. If someone is razzed or bullied into a response that gets them banned and nothing is done about the people who participated in the bullying, I can see a case being made of that.
