Do you think this is Sad?

If some of you remember that topic where i posted about that same user who took the site "too" seriously and was reporting users on this board to the FBI, there's somebody who's been following him now and making small clips of his gameplay where he talks about suing people and this one was interesting....

We already knew he was contacting the trump admin for people here allegedly threatening the president and mods that are "complicit" but now he has a LAWYER in tow to SUE the website for BANNING him!!...and now he's considering a run for the REPUBLICAN ticket in CONGRESS!!

It was bound to happen after he gets banned...and now it begins

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dw6ApT5Ztak

it was this guy the video is talking about incase people forgot

Maybe he should file it as a class-action.

Unfortunately their ...can do whatever we want for whatever reason clause kind of protects them from anything...

Although it is the users choice to accept the terms or not, I do think that a contract shouldnt be able to protect an entity from doing something or allowing whatever to happen to someone by other users from repercussions. You shouldnt have to waive your rights just to join a website and it should be illegal to force people to do so. Im certain in some jurisdictions it is.

I am not even certain what the threat is he is claiming...

Is he implying HiyokoSa is a corrupt judge, who wants to try Trump in court and has already decided that the man is guilty and should be executed for it?

I mean, while it certainly is not the nicest thing to say, a layman saying they expect someone to be executed for a crime they committed is not a threat right?

I've seen on a site blatantly illegal ToS material. However afaik banning people for whatever reason isn't illegal. Honestly correct me if I'm wrong there. But I was under the impression that banning people from a site was definitely not in illegal territory.

It depends on how it was gone about, legally speaking. If someone is razzed or bullied into a response that gets them banned and nothing is done about the people who participated in the bullying, I can see a case being made of that. In a world where most people love to see the bullies get their comeuppance, I find it funny when people laugh when others cry bullying from others online.

Yeah but its what type of bullying vs the response. I mean if someone is antagonozing you you can aalways control your response. Bullying + saying dont be racist shouldnt make you go f*** off you *slur*. When you do that its all on you bulbazard a wwinter tried that calling me alt right and even said I went full on brotherhood in a message. If you respond to that its on you. I let the dude keep maing an idiot of himself.

The mods though do need to take a step back though as they can be bigger bullies than trolls. Often blindly modding because they do not like what you say even if its not a tos violation.

Mod abuse should be controlled. If they cannot reasonably prove they aren't 100% wrong, then a modding is grounds for a temp ban. This way they are held accountable for dwindling visitor numbers.
