TC an easy retort you couldve been making is that all your opponents are only thinking of it from a males perspective and believe this topic is only referring to female characters so you can take at a shot at their own sexism by giving examples of male characters but since youre not and are instead getting defensive theyre probably right and this topic WAS made with just female sexualization in mind. There are also a good amount of female fans out there who like seeing strong female characters (like Lara Croft) in media.
