I moved out of my mom's place just before I turned 18, but I moved into my girlfriends parents house. We moved out of there at 20.

I want to move out at 18 so I'm trying to hear other people's experiences. How was it moving out as soon as you became an adult?

It was pretty tough, I was the only person with an income when I moved out and I still support my parents to this day financially 6 years later (my dad is old enough to get SS at least which really helps)

I just couldn't live with em any more as an adult. Didn't see eye to eye

So you were supporting your family as a teenager? What was that experience like if you dont mind me asking.
