Add in that the bar for entry is incredibly low so you get scumbags like this who pretty much have absolute power to be judge, juror, and executioner to whoever they want and most of the time get paid while they sit at home for a couple of months until the public outcry heat dies down. there is obviously a bias and culture problem too. if it had been a white dude, he could have even punched them in the face and they would NOT have killed the guy, lets be honest. why did they need to shoot him 4, 5 times? Come on. Why did they need to celebrate his death and joke about open casket?
