I don't know what people mean when they say it's fake. Plays, movies, etc. Obviously the fights are scripted, no one is debating that. Wrestlers even talk publicly about when things don't go as planned (Mankind Hell in a Cell being the most famous). It's a real thing they do, just like all other performers. If you want actual combat sports those exist too. No one is claiming WWE is a sport.
