Thanks :) The Mexican government has the authority to restrict or flat out deny international travel to their country. Basically we had to request the ability to travel, provide them our itinerary and reason for our visit before it was approved. The Mexican gov. is quarantining all travelers, forcing them to stay in the country for at least two weeks. As an American citizen, I don't think I will have any problems being let back in the country so long as I don't contract Covid-19 while I'm out there.
