With a couple of exceptions the scenario writing is just really dull and the world feels, if you'll pardon the pun, flat, compared to the rich and bizarre worlds of the first three PMs. This one just looks like a rehash of Color Splash again - it doesn't really take that much to tell. At best, it could be the best version of Color Splash possible but that still wouldn't be very fun.
