Topic	What makes someone "white" exactly?

I'm "white" yet i have skin that like... always tan? I'm Canadian but I'm half german half English Are Portuguese people white? If its skin color then everyone in Japan is white right? If that's not true because they are "asian" then that makes me not white either because I'm "European"? --- None of this is good, Vector.
