Like is it solely skin color?
Is it based mostly on birth country and ethnicity?
Can chinese people be considered white ?
I'm "white" yet i have skin that like... always tan? I'm Canadian but I'm half german half English
Are Portuguese people white?
If its skin color then everyone in Japan is white right?
If that's not true because they are "asian" then that makes me not white either because I'm "European"?

We don't go around calling asians yellow people or yellows, that's considered racist just like native americans red skins. Somehow white and black people is acceptable instead of saying caucasian or just American or wherever you're from.

Depends on who you ask. A nazi/neonazi is gonna have stricter criteria than a normal person. For most it just means desended from a native european, then you got the weird american version that is closer to the nazi version where meditteranian and scandinavian heritage gives you wiggle room.
