Nope, they're rated M for mature (or whatever the equivalent is in Europe and other places) just like TLOU2. One recent example: Omega Labyrinth Life is rated M in the US and Sony demanded extra censorship for the PS4 version while the uncensored version was allowed on Switch, and even the censored version got the same M rating in the end.
