The number of processes doesn't matter. What you need to check for is things besides the game itself that are using 10%+ of your cpu, memory or network. You should also try enabling an fps counter (steam has this under settings > in-game) and see what that says while you play. If your framerate is 60+ even in combat you're probably dealing with internet issues of some kind. If your fps isn't steady or is struggling to stay above 40 it's a pc issue, so turning settings down or messing with drivers is what you need to check on. --- And with that...pow!
