It's funny that you have the chick riding with him and "Speaker 9"(passerby, presumably) even telling him to stop resisting. I'll agree that he shouldn't have died over this incident, but he's not blameless for escalating the situation. Chauvin's conduct is still suspect and really shouldn't be proper protocol, if it is. He should be getting tried for manslaughter, but the murder charge pretty much guarantees he'll walk free.
