I have no problem with the cop being charged as I do think there was quite possibly some malicious intent involved and not just reckless stupidity and i also believe that restraining him with his knee was a contributing factor. But i also do think its possible that someone high as a fucking kite could panic themselves into cardiac arrest (especially if they aren't healthy to begin with) whether there is a medical term for that or not. Probably why he was saying he couldn't feel his face. I've never done meth or pcp but coke can make your face numb
