The shockwaves of mini-coups until about 220AD would devastate the Chinese economy and not recover fully until the post-Jin era (as the Three Kingdoms era tapped out most the infrastructure) If the Yellow Turbans won and China remained economically stable then... well, actually - they probably wouldn't have done anything. They may have taken Turkey in the 600s and possibly the entire Ottoman Empire region, but it's more likely they'd continue to in-fight and rebellion until about the 1700s...
