I'm confused why you went to the interview if you didn't want the job.... unless you actually wanted the job and this is all a hoax. Right now in the US they are giving people without jobs $860 a week or so. Alot of people dont' want jobs till the end of July when that ends. I would imagine quite a few will suddenly be looking for jobs about now (since it'll take a few weeks to start probably. It's a GREAT time to actually look for a job that you wouldn't normally think you could get, a higher paying job, or a job that is in more demand that you would really enjoy etc. IF the stupid virus hadn't decided to power up in the US, this would have been a good opportunity for many people, and might have also forced min wage jobs to re-evaluate how much they offer (since many people who made min wage before have just gotten 2 years worth of wages in 6 months). Perhaps...maybe....we could start to have an employees market again, instead of having all the power be with the employers and landlords like it has been pretty much my whole life. Don't think the housing/rental problem would get fixed, but at least if most people doing grunt/crap jobs (which are about 40% of them) refused to work for a year, they would have to offer more money and more incentives to get people to do them, or automate them I guess. --- Agatha "Your naked and they are nuns, it's not your eyes they're not looking at."
