In my 'hood, the buyers have to agree to the contract as well I was on a month to month lease and the new owners said they wanted to lease to someone else. I asked why and he said it's because I was paying under market, which was true. I had a hell of a deal, and is why the last owner went broke. I just offered to pay what he thought was fair, which was another $100/mo. Then I bought a house a couple months later --- Stupid is as stupid does ... Copied to Clipboard! |
