He seems to have his own heightened awareness to not be caught off guard (some hidden guy with a rocket launcher popped out at his blind spot and he just shoots him without looking) along with being able to just shrug off getting shot and proceed to move as if he wasn't shot at all. That and he might be faster given bollywood speed shenanigans.
