One guy comes in with a mask on but is breathing heavy and wheezing. The PERFECT person who shouldn't be out in the middle of a pandemic where the main symptoms are respiratory. The person waiting on them told them they could call curbside or wait outside next time. Not really prying into their medical issues but when every two seconds is heavy panting/wheezing, it's really a courtesy. He decided to throw a tantrum at her, and he was banned immediately. When I worked at wal-mart(my previous job) that customer would not be banned, but they could report the clerk to the customer service hotline for being rude while recieving a gift card in the mail for their trouble all the while the store manager has to call the customer and appologize and beg for their business back. Where I work not temper tantrums don't win you any prizes. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
