Just do the James Bond thing and hire someone who would've been qualified to play the role had the other guy not already been playing it. Actor replacements are a part of acting. It'd be cool if they could retire his character out of respect, but they can't realistically do that. He's too entrenched in the Marvel universe for that. The hard part of it is that he's already been T'Challa in several movies. It won't be an easy replacement like Don Cheadle replacing Terrance Howard as Roadie.
