A girl and I went out to dinner and as the evening was coming to a close she suggested that we go on a hike sometime.

So after a couple of days I text her in an attempt to make plans for that. She said she would "love that" and asked which days would work for me, as we both have rather erratic work schedules. I replied with the days I had off, and waited...

Now its been about a week, and I havent heard anything. Surely she wouldnt say she would "love" to go on a hike if she in reality was not interested. Hopefully she is ok. Is there a tactful way of checking in without seeming weird about it?
