The 11th Circuit is one that Trump was able to "flip" with appointees and wouldn't you know it guess how they all voted? Author of the opinion along with two concurring judges also part of that list of SCOTUS potentials Trump put out there. SCOTUS previously denied an opportunity to overrule a similar ruling from a lower court earlier but even if appealed there Florida's registration deadline is October 5. Also a reminder that Florida has no system in place for people to find out what their debts are after they're released from prison. It's been the efforts of some attorneys and voting rights groups to try and figure it out for people which is an absolute fucking joke. --- xp1337: Don't you wish there was a spell-checker that told you when you a word out? ...
