DACA was an EO, not a law. Considering that, Trump should have been allowed to get rid of DACA all along. He has now secured the votes for years to come for conservative laws to rule in America no matter who is President and this may be the last Swan Song for Trump's 4 year term in office if he is voted out in November.. In general, it takes a lot of steps to reach SCOTUS. They don't just rule on whatever they like.
