Yes but he's said that dozens of times and they keep asking anyway. He's fallen into the trap of overcomplicating his answer and playing into their game of giving the media some material to spin. He should just keep it succinct every time. They keep asking because they want him to mess up. No reason someone should be asked that question dozens of times other than trying to have a gotcha moment
