Dude needs to start reading. i would be 100 percent justified to shoot a man advancing towards my front door threatening my wife, in pitch black, where I have no idea if hes armed or not. Who was later determined to be a subject high on drugs. I did the responsible thing, I protected my wife and my house, I stood in one spot, I made sure to back away and keep my distance and told him to leave. Once he heard cops coming, he started running away from my property, I holstered up and let the police do their work.
