Topic	I just had sausage made from oats and eggs made from mung beans.

I also put too much water in and it took forever to cook off. I need to investigate how they get the Just Egg to cook so fast. This one tasted better, though I did have a tad too much black salt. I need to get better at going with a lighter touch of that stuff.
