But it turns out that Hard mode is actually an easier version of the default difficulty of the original Pikmin 3. I think they're really trying to make this one easy to pick up for new players to the series. Oh yeah, I'm not discounting if someone hasn't played Pikmin 3. I've played 1 - 3 and 3 is a nice combo of 1 and 2. If you are new to the series, it's definitely worth it. I'm just saying in terms of this topic, I'm not going to get it because it just includes all the DLC from the Wii U version, some extra small challenge maps, and local coop (which I dunno how it would even work). Plus, the gamepad + Wiimote combo was very intuitive, as the gamepad was an overhead map that you could pause time to move around and give specific orders to all your leaders so you could multi task super well. And the Wiimote was just great to point and throw Pikmin at something pretty accurately. Point is: if you have a Wii U, you probably shouldn't pick it up again (which most people don't have a Wii U).
