I paid $400 for one and got an 83 page report. Nothing catastrophic but there's a world of difference between seeing it on paper and seeing it in person, and an inspector wont find every little thing. We lived 200 miles away and took a road trip to see it once and it was occupied so I couldnt really dig in or do a proper final walkthrough --- "You cannot even beat somebody into that level of stupidity and delusion."
